KEG-cleaning machine with automatically controlled pneumatic valve

Application:
- Suitable for washing 30 l - 50 l / CSD / drums
- Suitable for all types of fittings, construction as needed.

Material:
Stainless steel, heat-resistant plastic, EPDM gaskets.

Construction:
Two detergent tanks mounted on metal frame, one of the tanks is double-walled, insulated and heated. Leketrische including an acid-resistant pump with suction, pressure and return tubes, with stainless steel disc valves, and washing Faßhalterung head. The electronic control system complete with temperature control, protection of the heating element from overheating by level probe "CEC present sensor, pump protection. 
 
WORKING PHASES:

• Discharge of residual beer in the channel

• Circulating washing phase with warm detergent (acidic or alkaline)
• Hot or cold water washing into the canal

• Hot or cold water washing into the canal

The cleaning of a drum takes about 5 minutes (depending on the degree of contamination of the barrel)
