Stainless steel tanks with floating lid have many benefits and universal uses: as a fermentation vessel (thanks to the valve included), as a maturation vessel, as a storage vessel etc. Due to the special air tube the lid is hermetically sealed and, thus, prevents oxidation. The level of the lid can at any time be adapted to the level of the liquid! Ideal for maturing wine or beer. Siphoning into a number of smaller bottles is now outdated! Thanks to the full opening the tanks are very easy to clean. Stainless steel: therefore indestructible and perfectly hygienic!
