Do you want a complete compact home brewing system that looks neat as well? Then this BRUMAS is what you are looking for. This automatic brew kettle with digital and programmable control has a built-in whirlpool and associated lautering tub. With it you can brew 20 litres of beer in style.

Start the Brumas. Use the 'Brewpilot' or

enter your own mash schedule.

 

Fill the Brumas with water.

Close the lid.

Put the malt in the lauter tub.
 

Add water and put all back into "BrauEule".

 

The mashing process continues automatically,

you have 3 hours time off!

After the mashing Brumas sets off the alarm:

you can start the filtering. The 78°C water is set

aside for rincing the filter later on.

The hose from the lautertun is put into

the brewkettle. Filtering takes place in

the traditional way in oder to obtain clear

and high-quality wort.

The filter is rinsed with the hot water set

aside earlier.

 

Start the boiling.

Add hops according the the recipe.

 

Determination of the density with a hydrometer.

 

Leave to fermentate for about a week

in the fermentation tank.

Fill the bottles.
