Industrial bottle washer Completely made out of stainless steel 5 washing zones :
•	Rinsing at 15°C: waterjets spray directly on the bottles
•	Water is heated to 30°C and injected into the bottles
•	wash with caustic soda at 60°C - 70°C, soaking off of the labels and cleaning of the inside)
•	Rinse at 30°C
•	Final rinse at 15°C and drying
Washing cycle : 2 minutes. Adjustable speed by variator, double filter in each washing compartment. Available with both gas- or electric heating. Several options possible.

3 speeds:
•	low speed for thorough cleaning
•	half speed for normal cleaning
•	high speed only for rinsing
3 types:
•	40 stations: 400/500 bottles/hour
•	80 stations: 800/1000 bottles/hour
•	120 stations: 1200/1500 bottles/hour
