The perfect combination - KTM filler and capper compact version

In this fully automatic filling and sealing the bottles are automatically fed from the tape into the filler and the filler is pushed by driving star after filling again on the tape. The system is therefore suitable for integration into a production line, for example, after a car wash or a sterilizer or before Ettiketiermaschine. The filler is based on the TA10/14/16 with either 10, 14 or 16 and on the sealing filling TV2000 at a station or the TV2000 TWIN at two sealing stations.

TVA2014-compact

 

For customers with complicated space this machine is very interesting. Instead of a straight tape guide as the TVA2000 has TVA2000 - compact parallel infeed and discharge conveyors. This compact tape guide, the bottles are placed in the same place and removed. This is especially beneficial for tight spaces.
